Title: help or refund ?

Hi, I did ask the question again but nothing was answerd, you said I must follow the forum rules so how do I address the crashing ? if not how do I just request a refund instead if that's easier ?

I have replied to you twice now with offers of free help but you do not reply for some reason.

I will offer you help one last time, I am available for a remote session to help you at any time 8am - 6pm today or tomorrow, just let me know what time is best for you and I will do my best to get you going.

when tomorrow is good for you, to see thats it a software issue and not my pc as you stated on paypal then you can refund the item. ill just buy elsewhere. never had such rudeness when trying to get support for a product that doesn't work.

like i said before i run a business I'm not always on my computer this is a hobby when i get chance to see to it i do. i can't drop everything just to look at this, if you think other wise and everyone should its ridiculous.

what software do i need installing to do the remote access ?
