I've tried downloading the coin kit from here http://jukeblaster.com/coinkit.html and also from the Pub Jukebox installer, but both are blocked every time for malware. Is there an uninfected link you can provide?

Coin Kit is not infected, its your antivirus at fault, it doesnt recognise the program so it just plays it safe and marks it as unsafe.
Deactivate your antivirus and then install, or dont install its up to you
