sr5i rejecting all coins

hi all
have a problem mabe someone has done before
on testing everything is good but not picking up any coins just rejecting
win 10 pro
sr5i is talking to coinkit via tt usb to serial all ok green light on coin mech
no coin inhibited in juke software
have also ground pin9 is this correct? have tried without this too
pin 1 rx/tx pin 7 +12v pin 8 grd
sr5i spec
software version CRS-F8-V1.46
build code STDO2
creation 10/06
mod 11/17 (new £1 coins)
mabe mech is faulty but any help welcome and thanks

Hi, Yes pin 9 is to ground (gnd, ov) correct.
Look at the top of the label on front of your coin acceptor, does it say 'mode, 1,2,3' (very small print) ?.

Wiring looks ok, click Diagnostics button on CoinKit and then the test Gate button, do you hear a click sound from the CM ?.

hi have inserted coins with coinkit and its picking up coins
so its seams to be jukebox software not getting info from coinkit issue
pic attached have reset juke software and set everything to default but when running coins are rejected software is set to coin mode

hi mystery solved coinkit not loading on startup its a windows permission thing so should be able to sort thanks for the help tho just a thought are the prices on videobox soft fixed or editable

Glad you got going, you can change price in Videobox & Pub Jukebox but they work in a different way so try both.

sorted credits all software/ coin mech etc working fine but still trying to get coinkit to load at startup
check button on ui not working load at startup/min to task
tried create a admin task at start up it loads but without ui so not running correctly
tried adding shortcut to startup area in users/startup apps
tried regedit adding load at startup no joy
got me baffled never had a programme refuse to start unless clicked by mouse lol
any ideas welcome win 10 pro

if I remember right CK had to be modified for win10 startup, check to see if you are running latest version, if not update.

unable to update yet  i thought the one i bought would be the latest especially if its got a known bug
i have paid for 3 months membership but still not active after 3 days have emailed bry but no response yet so just have to wait thanks mrt

I checked your sub and its now active sorry for the delay, there are currently no known bugs in CK, the win10 startup issue was resolved months ago as i remember, Hmmm, I will test again with win10 tomorrow to verify this.

running win 10 pro dont know if that would make a difference  but does ignore the coinkit checkboxes on my build mabe a prefetch could be added with the install or startup registry input

I did find a problem with the autostart on win10 and its now fixed  , just download & install...
