Error 02

Hi All

Trying to install pub jukebox on my XP based PC and getting stuck at error 02.
any help would be awesome

Hi Mebstrar, error 02 means that it could not read your PC hardware properly, what type of PC are you using ?

Windows xp sp3
Amd sempron 2600+

My computer details don't show my processor for some reason just the ram which is only 1gb i know min was 2gb but was just wanting to see if it was gonna work a bit before trying to find more ram for an old computer

Have you changed any components in the pc since starting the trial ?

Only thing i did was install usb wifi so i could open it then had error 02 after error 03 as of no internet

Was an old juke box that I'm trying to update with new touch sreen and better software

Only way I know how to test this would be to get your internet/wifi working then remove Pub jukebox and install Home Jukebox instead:- https://jukeblaster.com/homejukebox.html
