Hi,
I've been using Videobox for about a month, I've just tried to boot it up and have received the attached message, I only have Videobox installed and activated on this computer so can't deactivate it on a computer that doesn't exist!
Any advice appreciated as I can't use Videobox at all.

If you have not change anything hardware in your computer, try re-seating your ram or verify that your ram is good.
I had this problem before, I had 2 -2gig stick of ram in the computer total 4gigs of ram. Videobox error came up because of the hardware change from 4gig of ram to 2gigs of ram.
I reseated the ram and videobox started.

Thanks for your help.
Nothing has been changed on my PC.
I've disconnected and re-connected all drives (3) and re-seated the ram, but still the problem remains, only thing I am considering is uninstalling and re-installing Videobox, do you think it is worth a try?

Ok,
I let the experts take over from here.
But nothing beats a try.
