Why won't Videobox play all my MP4 files.

Hi Guys, I have installed Videobox but the problem I have is not all my videos play, They are all in MP4 format and show on the display but when selected to play the screen just goes back to selection screen with no playback. All MP3 files work fine, I have installed the codecs package that is supplied with the trial package. Is there anything else I need to install ?    Thank you.

Just put it in a zip an send it to the sales email (top left of main website)
