Title: mobo problem

well today I decided to update my intel mobo and did a complete uninstall and reinstall I was going to install over as you just said but followed what you advised before this posting and the dam thing wont reg grrrrrrrrrrrr help

it just wont accept the key steve helped me out with the same board and key about a year ago due to mobo battery problem you might recall
did it through team viewer

when it refuse to accept the serial can u give me the actual text that it says pls.
when u say "update my intel mobo", what did u update ?'

I updated from v 3.00 to the present 3.6 after many tries I reinstalled os win 7 which for some reason thought might help  ::)
when you say text do you mean the error log infoe

ok, you have altered your motherboad in a way that makes vbx think its a new machine.

if u have VBX standard, then , put ur mobo back as it was before

or

if u have VBX Pro put ur mutherboad back how it was before and deactivate vbx pro then update ur mobo and reinstall vbx pro

hang on I didn't know there was a standard version and a pro thought that was down to serial number

when you say my mobo changed what do you mean theres no add ons or anything bios at default system clock ok theres nothing to alter realy

ah yes theres a standard version of videobox & a Pro version, check which one u  have
dont kno what u mean about bios, u updated somethin so something has changed, what is it ?

if its the standard ver u will need to put ur mobo/hardware back how it was before.
update or download will not fix this.

there is no hardware change bri
I understand the log says different but I don't understand how or what has changed ???

like I said I simply updated vjb to 3.6 that's when the problem started ill look tomorrow and if no joy its another juke key gone  :(

ah sorry i thought u said u updated some hardware or ur motherboard ?, did u mean u only updated the Videobox software ?.

yip that's it that's all I did but I think if I just installed over the previous version I wouldn't have this problem

just post the first 2 blocks of numbers, that will allow me to find ur serial

I've just had a look at this, unfortunately I cant fix this for you, the profile of the computer you are trying to register to is completely different from the one before...
