Title: Stopped working

The software seemed to work ok for about 2 weeks, I have just started th unit up and when i try to start JBP it comes up with "A valid licence could not be obtained please contact Touch music solutions for assistance" I have tried re installing and no change. HELP.

under details, no licences found in the suggestion cache, no complied licences found, an unexpected error occurred while validating which is configuration system failed to initialize --> unrecognized element (C:\documents and settings\owner\localSettings\application data\touch_music_solutions\defaultdomain_path_drw45ka4tvazsgcinehwlg3mff0z5sfo\2.3.0.0\user.config line 1

under system info info about my operating sys and a machine code FGPSU-XHAX4-TRCW7-XPTD6-12STV-91UTW if relevent this is not the same as the licence key on the disc.

looks like your license is missing, just re-install over the top of your current install and you should be ok, if you get an overwrite error box come up during install click the 'Retry' button to overwrite any existing license with a new one.

i forgot the close brackets after line 1 but that is all it shows, what else am i looking for?

Yep just tried to re install again including a re insall of the NET program and still the same when the install is finished it come up with the errors mentioned. nothing on the pc has changed so why is this happening? and why would a reinstall no solve anything?
