Title: Computer with Videobox is Failing

Hello Again,

This is Steve Bryan with QRS Music Technologies...Player Pianos. You added an auto play option for our client Sarris Candies in 2011. The Videobox program is still is working well but, the computer is failing and we need to purchase new one. I have the number that appears when Videobox boots.

1] Do we need to purchase a new license that will work with Windows 8?

Hi steveB

Yes, you will need a new license but you will also need to download the very latest version in order to work with windows 8.

The good news is that Videobox Pro is currently on offer, and once installed you can now deactivate the license to move it between your PC's at will, without the need for a new license.
