Title: Install Problems Window 7

Try to run Videobox install package and a popup display saying " Unzipping Not Responding"  waiting for awhile nothing happen. 
  I try to install step 1 nothing happen.

I had that problem today too. Not sure if you might want to repost this under the Videobox section though for a better chance of how to get it fixed.
