Title: Just purchased Videobox, via the website, but now download instrauctions

Hi

Just bought Videobox via the web site, did the Paypal thing, but no download instrautions or serial number, am i doing something wrong?  the payment has been taken.  Can someone help??

Hi Borg, I'm looking into this for you, in the meantime can you please check your e-mail spam folder as it looks like the instructions were sent, I will get back to you soon with a solution

Opps, very red faced and hanging my head in shame, was in the spam folder, my apologies, my over cautious email strikes again.

Thank you for responding and would just like to say what a fantastic product this is and how much im going to enjoy using it.

Hi Borg, ok I think I know what's up, looks like you have 2 e-mail addresses, instructions were sent to your PayPal e-mail, but I have forward the instructions to the e-mail you are using for your forum account.

Any problem just let me know :-).
