Title: touch screen operating system

hello everyone, this is my 1st post and hoping for an answer, I have an Acer 281 computer running my touch screen Jukebox on Windows 7,  but the hard drive is bust, I took it to my local shop and he can replace the hard drive and download the operating system ( Windows 7 ) but he can't find the touch screen programme to load on, I want to purchase the programme from jukeblaster but without the touch screen programme Im in a bit of a pickle, hopefully there is someone that can help,........ p.s. I'm not that knowledgeable about computers, so please be easy ..... many thanks....... steve
