Title: Home Jukebox Not loading music files

Hi ! looking for some help please. New user and very basic computer knowledge only.
New purchase of Home Jukebox (not trial) won't load music files. Gets to "installing music for first time" window but stays on 0%. Another window under that one "Unable to delete old catalog folder" and when OK'd another window "Error while reloading music catalog. please restart jukebox. If problem persists after restart create a new catalog in the Music Files section". Have tried that without success. Please advise. Thanks.

Hi Mark, sounds like a windows folder permissions thing, did you install Home jukebox as administrator ?, if not give that a try because it might need administrative permission on your machine to create/delete files and folders

Hi Steve, thank you for quick response. I have no idea but I will try and find somebody that does.
