Title: Apply Copy Deterrent Greyed Out

Hi,

May I ask why the "Apply copy deterrent" option is greyed out in Jukebox Management Console software? Can anyone assist me with it please?

Hi Dom, the copy deterent option only works with the "Enterprise" versions of software.

I coordinated this and I was informed that we did purchase a copy of enterprise but we have had a system failure.
