Title: Updating Videobox problem

I am trying to get the update for Videobox and I am following the instructions and logging into my account to download the update but all that is in there is the videobox additional license. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Renmath

Allow me to explain, this happens when VBX is purchased on eBay, because you ordered a phyisical CD in the post rather than a download, a download is not created.

But, I dont mind making a download available after the CD has arrived in the post, go check your account and a download should now be available to you ;D, any problems just let me know.

Have downloaded the new Videobox program as per your downloading instructions. Unfortunately we cant open it. I get the following message:

UnzipToFile:
Failed to read compressed data
Failed to find file marker

Any ideas?

Sounds like your download is corrupt...
Download again or download on a diffrent computer or on a diffrent broadband connection.
