I also tried to change the clock to English time before installation and installation and that did not work either. Please provide further instructions and help because I purchased two licenses and I want to use the program.

there is no other install method.
Download the latest version from our website and run the installer as administrator.

I'll report back when I've finished. I'm wondering if I should change my clock to your time zone because there's an hour difference between Central European Time and yours.

The codes LT1 & LT2 indicate that your windows registry is being changed in some way after you have registered your serial number.
I do not know what is wrong with your pc but nobody else has this problem, you can see for yourself just search this forum.
