Licence invalid

I have a videobox and it's come up with invalid licence. Nothing has been changed on pc it's just said it when turned on today. Was working last night and now nothing

Can anyone help me.  Need a solution today.  It's now 3 days since it went down.

Update *. It says licence not found when I try to load program. Need to get this working.  As I have it as a free jukebox in my pub and customers are complaining. It's in a locked cabinet and has not been touched all I did was turn it off Wednesday night working.  And Thursday when I turned it on it's not working. Saying licence not found.
