Error LT1

I started pubjukebox box and Error LT1 came up.  Pub Jukebox didnt start-up so i wasnt able to deactivate the serial. 
1) I re-install pub Jukebox and try my serial but it is not activating.

Please Help

Install latest version of software and enter serial, all should now be good  ;D

             Deleted all previous pubjukebox folders and installed latest version and now it’s working..
