cant get a clean re-install

Hi Guys,
following a windows crash i have had to do a wipe and re-install pub jukebox pro.
i deleted the user.config file, ran the system clean tool, and even uninstalled and re-installed the .net and jukebox software (several times now) but each time upon running the software i do not get the option to create the music catalog. i just get the blurb about the catalog being corrupt etc.
is there any other files i should be deleting to get a fresh install
running xp sp3 now
annoying because all was perfect 2 days ago until i updated a couple of drivers and crashed the whole system

grateful for that steve, my head wont quite get around this one (not knowing where appdata etc. are hidden) let me know when you want to have a bash and I will make sure team-viewer is running

About 10:30 ok ?, if so be at your computer and I will send you some instruction :-), otherwise just tell me when you will be at your PC.

that's great, really appreciate that. 10:30 is a good time, let me know when you want teamviewer details and I will pm them over
shall I compile a new catalogue now or can that wait?

Steve, I think I have sorted it.
schoolboy error....had a strange character added to a few of the music files.
removed the character, rescanned and all is looking good
appreciate the offer of help and if it changes then I guarantee I will be back :)
software is great, (operator is stupid)
