error message

programme has been running for two weeks when it closed itself down.tried to restart when it comes up with the message cannot find reg key.
this is urgent.

Tried reinstall it is now telling me activation code is not valid

Ok, sounds like something may have changed the computer, have you changed any hardware or anything ?.
When it tells you the serial is not valid, click the 'Details' button and copy & paste the information it gives you, I might be able to tell you what's wrong.

Finally got it.think maybe signal strength on wifi was not good enough.
But why did it happen any ideas,no changes have been made to system.
