VideoBox and touch screen not working HELP

Hi All
I will start of by saying I am computer illiterate but manage to get by.
Bought video box today and loaded onto my pc which I believe is running Windows 10.
Managed to load up initially with my code and attempted to add music which is where things went wrong.
Video box crashed and every time I open it it’s stuck on the loading please wait..checked with the task manager and it shows video box not responding and to top that the touch screen no longer works..
Can anyone help please ?

Hi Mark, we cant use teamviewer but the client we use works exactly the same way, just run it on your pc and send me the numbers+pass, im ready now :-)
