Disregard.  Looks like I found the solution under System Admin - Music - Install Music Library.  Thanks!

NEW INSTALL PROBLEMS / Windows Freeze Issue
« Last post by radich32 on August 19, 2025, 11:01:22 PM »
I've recently installed Pub Jukebox on a Windows machine running Windows 11 with 32 gigs of memory.  The software works fine for the first 15 minutes but then it gets frozen where buttons are not responsive.  When I check Task Manager, it reports that Pub Jukebox (32 bit) is not responding.  I have to end the task to get it unstuck.  Anyone have any suggestions?  My System Admin - Meters and Info dialog reports the following:

Software Version:  V1.3.0.0
Available Memory:  25.56 Gb
CPU Speed:  4.001 GHz
Video Ram:  2 Gb - NVIDIA GeForce GT 710

Thanks!

Aaron

NEW INSTALL PROBLEMS / How Can You Update/Sync All The MP3s?
« Last post by radich32 on August 19, 2025, 10:34:56 PM »
I installed Pub Jukebox and synced it with a local folder that contains my MP3s.  The first time I opened PJB, I was prompted with a dialog asking me where my music is.  Since then I've updated the majority of my MP3 Genres and Subgenres.  How can I repeat that initial process and re-sync all my MP3s?

New Install Problems / Re: Adding Album To External Memory Drive
« Last post by eradioman on August 15, 2025, 07:16:26 PM »
I have watched a number of these tutorials. At the present time, the software is working almost flawlessly on my Jukebox. The only issue is I have now that I am aware of is I found a couple of albums in my inventory that still do not allow me to select the option to play the entire album, even though I have changed the Interface Options on the Control Panel to play an entire album. Since everything else is working so well right now, I am going to leave well enough alone. Thanks Steve for all your help and prompt responses.

New Install Problems / Adding Album To External Memory Drive
« Last post by eradioman on August 13, 2025, 01:34:51 PM »
When I add or modify an album to my External Memory Drive from my home PC, would I have to rescan ALL the files again, or can I just scan the added or modified album? If just the added or modified file can be scanned, what are the steps to do that? Also, after I modify any files on the External Memory Drive, should the Jukebox be powered "off or on", when the External Memory Drive is plugged back into its USB port? Thanks very much.

I did not delete the files you suggested, as I was not confident that I would delete the correct ones, and if I deleted the wrong ones, would totally screw up everything. I am using an external memory drive, so that if the hard drive failed again, I would not lose all the albums I had downloaded. I was able to change the Interface Options per your instructions to be able to play an entire album, and followed the Videobox Operator Guide to change the Music Files to select the External Memory drive (D:\JBP). After doing so, I rescanned all the music files, again as you indicated would need to be done (which literally took several hours). Now everything seems to be working properly again. I want to thank you for your assistance, and your prompt responses to my previous questions.

It's the issue I raised on 13th September 2024, it's in the messages but it was locked.
