Home Jukebox / Re: Will No Longer Completely Boot Up
« Last post by Steve on August 11, 2025, 06:49:32 AM »Hmm, it's hard to say whats wrong without access to the pc but if I were to take a guess I would say that the program is ok (it's trying to boot) and its on a dedicated pc without internet so that rules out new changes to the OS, so I think it could just be a bad track that it's trying to load at startup but cannot load.
I do not know if this is the case but here's how to test it if you want to give it a try...
Re-loading the software from a usb stick would not fix this because the settings files would be persisted on your pc, you would need to delete them manually, you would need to delete 2 files named "user.config"...
C\Users\YourAccountName\AppData\Local\Touch_Music_Solutions\Videobox.exe_Url_jcnb1du3j21qwwvfnbecfyiueq4yxij1\4.0.0.0\user.config
C:\Program Files\VideoBox\user.config
After deleting these 2 files fire up Videobox, NOTE THAT YOU WILL LOSE ALL SETTINGS AND WILL NEED TO SCAN YOUR MUSIC FILES AGAIN.
