Hi Wolfman, your touchscreen and your jukebox software are completely separate and have no interaction at all, so if you have a problem with your touchscreen responding slow then its going to be a problem with your touchscreen or it's driver I would say...

Hi Steve, just a question have you had any problems using touch screens I'm using ViewSonic for some reason when I touch the Album it takes long time to load or sometimes programme shuts down  if use mouse and keyboard quick Generally no problem.
I gave computer a full reset after the last problems maybe a driver problem but just checking if I'm not missing something

Sorry Michael, I really do not understand, you say "I have my CDs stored on a NAS at Home", do you mean MP3 files ?.
I really do not understand, but, you can copy ALL of your music to the jukebox computer and scan them all at once.

Sorry, my Englisch is Not the best!
I have my CDs stored on a NAS at Home.
For a Party i bought a tablet and the „Home Jukebox“ which i saw somewhere in a pub in scotland.
I First thought to take only the Party Music fom the NAs to the usb- Stick but that was too much work. So i put the complete CD Collection on the usb Stick (1TB Stick).
The Software Imports the First Part of the Collection. After Finishing Import only albums from a to c can be found on the Jukebox AND the Stick is Empty from d to z. Only Folders Are left.
My Party is on saturday - i tried it two times now. And idea?

There's no limit that I know of but I don't understand what this means, any further info would be helpful:-

I have a CD Collection of about 1000 pieces.
I do Not want to sort out and put them all on a Stick.
At the letter C the Import stops and the Tracks Are deleted! Only the foulder is left on the Stick.
Is there a limitation in number of Tracks or what went wrong?

NEW INSTALL PROBLEMS / Artist A to Z Questions

A few questions have came up when evaluating the "Artists A to Z" screens of my new Pub Jukebox install:

1) A number of my artist images don't display when I actually have a JPG image with the artists name in the Artist Images folder.  Is that because the image resolution is too large?  How can I debug this issue and track the cause down?

2) A number of my Artists are repeated or duplicated, often with one of the cards having an image and the other not.  What's the most likely cause for that?  The names are exactly the same on the screen/card.  Is it because I have leading or trailing spaces in some ID3 tags for Artist name?  I would assume the software trims leading and trailing spaces when building the list of artist names.

3) Artis names with an ampersand (&) are not displayed correctly.  For example, "Donny & Marie Osmond" is displayed as "Donny _Marie Osmond".  What's the reason for that?  It seems like the software should be able to correctly display an ampersand, just like a website can (by HTML endcoding the &).
