reactivation of licence

Hi Steve
had a computer system fail and was unable to deactivate,
could you reset this licence please. PJNED-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Hi Richard, you have posted your serial number online for all to see, I've edited your post to to blank your serial number but your serial may now have been be copied or stolen by anyone that has seen your post!
