I did not delete the files you suggested, as I was not confident that I would delete the correct ones, and if I deleted the wrong ones, would totally screw up everything. I am using an external memory drive, so that if the hard drive failed again, I would not lose all the albums I had downloaded. I was able to change the Interface Options per your instructions to be able to play an entire album, and followed the Videobox Operator Guide to change the Music Files to select the External Memory drive (D:\JBP). After doing so, I rescanned all the music files, again as you indicated would need to be done (which literally took several hours). Now everything seems to be working properly again.
